Our goal for the Reviving Places by Reusing Industrial Heritage Conference is to bring together as many people as possible, and we do not want costs to be a barrier to your attendance. We can now offer £100 and £75 bursaries to eligible individuals and groups.

Museum & Heritage Awards 2016
The Museum + Heritage Awards for Excellence 2016 are now open for entries for projects completed between January and December 2015. The awards continue to generate public recognition for the winners and shortlistees, and have been instrumental in helping many to secure funding and support from key stakeholders. Award winners have also enjoyed recognition both locally and further afield as the awards increasingly gain an international profile.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
There are a number of free places fully funded by the CITY & COUNTRY GROUP BURSARY SCHEME. Bursaries are available to trainees, self-employed workers and anyone who is embarking on a career in traditional building skills.
Church Monuments Essay Prize
The Council of the Church Monuments Society (CMS) has launched a biennial prize of £250 called the Church Monuments Essay Prize, to be awarded with a certificate for the best essay submitted in the relevant year. The aim of the competition is to stimulate more people, particularly those who are perhaps aiming to write on church monuments for the first time or who are not regular contributors, to submit material for the CMS journal Church Monuments. The competition is therefore open only to those who have not previously published an article in Church Monuments. more….
