Irish\nGeorgian Society London <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vision of the Irish Georgian Society is to conserve,\nprotect and foster an interest and a respect for Ireland\u2019s architectural\nheritage and decorative arts (from all periods). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The London branch is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer<\/strong>\nwho would be pleased to take over the Events Co-ordinator role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We arrange numerous (c.16-20) events each year, including\nlectures, walking tours, historic houses visits, dinners, parties and weekend\nvisits. We learn about historic buildings\/ places and host social events in\nhistoric settings. Most importantly, we aim to have fun with like-mind people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, any money raised from these events goes towards\ngrant aiding conservation works of historic buildings in Ireland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events Co-ordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main role of the events co-ordinator is to oversee the events for\nthe year, liaise and manage event organisers as necessary, control the\nEventbrite system, and organise a small number of events a year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
