Research Assistant, Architecture & Engineering at National Center for Preservation Technology and Training

The National Center for Preservation Technology & Training (NCPTT) is an office of the U.S. National Park Service. NCPTT advances the application of science and technology to historic preservation. Working in the fields of archeology, architecture, landscape architecture and materials conservation, the Center accomplishes its mission through training, education, research, technology transfer and partnerships.

Summer internships at NCPTT provide students and recent graduates an opportunity to undertake laboratory or field research in archeology, architecture, engineering, collections management, historic landscapes, and materials science.

Positions will begin on or about June 2, 2014 and end August 8, 2014. Applications will be accepted through February 16, 2014 and positions will be announced at the beginning of March.
